To ensure that the actions of the Organisations are consistent with the institutional purposes, there are three Boards or Committees, which are cross-functional to the work of all three:
STEERING COMMITTEE
The Steering Committee, chaired by the Prefect, is the place designated to examine the elements, factors and appeals that
come from the different realities with which the Organisations come into contact.
It also welcomes, assesses and provides answers to requests for help or intervention that come to the Organisations, within the framework of educational, training and work placement projects for young people and adults in the national and international territory. Its purpose is to support each Opera in the lines of development to be pursued. The Prefect reports to the Founder on the work of the Steering Committee and asks for the criteria for proceeding.
CONTROLLING BOARD
TheControlling Board, chaired by the General Secretary, is the place designated to monitor the most concrete
aspects of the current activity of the Organisations.
Proper administrative management, the consistency of the educational proposal with the Organisations statutes, the protection of people and risk prevention are the main responsibilities entrusted to the three Presidents of the Safeguarding Bodies that make it up.
MANAGEMENT BOARD
The Management Board, chaired by the Treasurer, is the place of responsibility that has a distinctly operational role.
In fact, it supports the work of the Organisations because it indicates to each one of them the lines of intervention for action consistent with the objectives to be achieved.
Moreover, the presence of all the Directors enables the Organisations to align themselves effectively and quickly with respect to the changes of an internal reality that is constantly evolving.
