THE STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANISATIONS

So that everything we have said does not remain a pious intention, we need a corporate structure capable of guaranteeing a work system consistent with the original intuition. To this end, the group’s activities are divided into three functions, each of which is assigned to the various Organisations:

SAN MICHELE ARCANGELO FOUNDATON

It is the custodian of the original intuition. It has the function of steering the entire group: it detects needs, indicates the lines of work, and develops new strategies.

SMA CONSORTIUM

It exercises the function of supervising: it ensures that the achievements of the individual Organisations are consistent with the original inspiration and directives of the Foundation.

OFFICIUM CONSORTIUM

It is the operational branch: it collaborates with the individual Organisations to effectively implement the guidelines, offering support in the fields of administration, law, planning, etc.
